Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Faculdade de Direito de Vitória (FDV/ES). She is a specialist in Substantive and Procedural Labor Law from FDV/ES and in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas Law School (FGV).

She is also certified by FGV Law School in the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) Training Program and by INSPER Executive Education in the course “Labor Law: A Multidisciplinary Approach.”

She served as a State Counselor of the Brazilian Bar Association, Espírito Santo Chapter (OAB-ES), for the 2019–2021 term.
