Bachelor of Laws at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in São Paulo and specialization in Tax Law at Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGVLaw. Extension in Tax Planning, Accounting Applied to Law and Tax Accounting at FGVLaw and Real Estate Law at Escola Paulista de Direito – EPD in São Paulo. Currently studying Professional Master of Laws at FGV Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Manuel was founding partner of prominent law firm, where he leaded the Tax, Contracts and Real Estate departments and the merger and acquisitions transactions.

Manuel was Councilor Judge of the Municipal Tax Appeal Council of São Paulo and currently is founding member of the Sociedade Rural Brasileira (Brazilian Rural Society) Tax Committee. MBA Professor in Agribusiness Law at Escola Brasileira de Direito (EBRADI) and at Universidade Federal do Mato Grosso (UFMT).
