Hallan has a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Universidade Paulista, and a specialist degree in Labor Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP).

He also completed the Leadership and Management program from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-GVLAW).
