Gabriela has a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUCAMP/SP), and a specialist degree in Labor Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP).

She also completed the Leadership and Management program from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-GVLAW) and a specialist degree in Human Sciences at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUC/RS).
