Graziella has a degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC/RS), a postgraduate degree in Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC/MG), a postgraduate degree in Labor and Social Security Relations from Escola Paulista de Direito Social, and a specialist degree in Labor Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). She is currently pursuing a specialization in Labor Law and Procedure at FADEP/USP Ribeirão Preto.
She also holds certifications in Leadership, Learning Agility and Resilience from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC/RS), as well as an executive certification in Business Development, Leadership and Networking from FIA Online. In addition, she completed training in Mediation and Conciliation at the Higher School of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of São Paulo.
