Maria Gabriela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS), graduating in 2013. She has postgraduate specializations in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET) and in the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) from Instituto Legale.

She works strategically in both advisory and litigation practices, with a focus on tax and succession planning, particularly in the agribusiness and real estate sectors.

She serves as President and Member of Statutory Audit Committees at two mixed-capital companies, bringing solid experience in corporate governance, compliance, risk management, internal controls, and engagement with independent auditors. She also holds institutional roles in the nonprofit sector as Legal Director and Data Protection Officer (DPO), and has academic experience as a professor of Tax and Business Law.
