Giuliana is graduate of Mackenzie Presbyterian University, in 2014, with Master of Law (LLM) in Tax Law, from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (GV Law).

Since 2016, she has been working at renowned law firms as the lawyer in charge of the Tax Compliance and Wealth Planning areas, focusing on tax consulting for individuals, international structures, and multijurisdictional families, as well as compliance with accessory obligations before exchange authorities (DCBE of Bacen) and tax authorities (DIRPF of the RFB) and immigration, estate, and succession planning. She started her career in Wealth Planning in 2012 at a prominent Private Banking institution.

She also worked abroad as a Legal Manager at an investment fund structuring company in Luxembourg from 2019 to 2021.
