Nathaly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU) and a specialization in Labor Law from Escola Paulista de Direito (EPD). She also completed Executive Education programs at Fundação Getulio Vargas Law School (FGV-GVLAW) in Compliance and in Corporate Sustainability, Regulation, and Transparency in ESG.
