Filipe has a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Universidade Paulista, and a specialist degree in Law and Tax Procedure from the Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público (FMP).

He is currently a degree in Accounting Sciences at Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuarias e Financeiras (FIPECAFI).
